Carbon Offsetting in the Amazon

Combating climate change – agro-forestry in the Amazon

Flying to exotic destinations like Peru generates tonnes of carbon emissions per passenger.  With Ashaninka support, Ecotribal offer individuals and businesses the opportunity to offset at least some of their carbon footprint either through tree planting or avoided deforestation in the Peruvian Amazon.

The new initiatives - described in the sections below - help mitigate contributions to global warming.
